Well, I put 5 of that back on, but I'm back on track.
Today I ran 5 miles in 1 hour 6 minutes. I am sooo pleased.
Last time I ran 5 miles it was pretty much 20 minute miles.
This is more like 13. I ran my heart out. Pushed to point of puke. ;-)
It is what I learned from boot camp, that I can push harder than I think.
My knees started bothering me at 3 miles. I realized I was clenching. Relaxed and breathed into it.
It went away. A little ankle pain at the end, probably because I need new shoes.
